Lola Ortega Rodas is a Spanish visual artist living in the Netherlands. She works with digital illustration and hand embroidery on fabric and paper. Lola transforms her digital works into embroidered pieces, reinterpreting them both visually and conceptually. Through her practice, she creates moments of stillness and intimacy, using embroidery as a meditative way to weave her own reality and connect with it. Her studio is located in Amsterdam, where she also hosts creative hand-embroidery workshops.
