AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND LOLA ORTEGA RODAS ART STUDIO

The user of lolaortegarodas.com accepts all these Terms of Use when visiting this website. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your future reference.

Lola Ortega Rodas (and lolaortegarodas.com) currently offers original works of art, reproductions of these works and digital illustrations (via the Site or links to other sites). In the future, Lola Ortega Rodas may offer other products related to her work, such as patterns, tutorials, workshops, courses or other products or services. All products can be provided, added, modified or removed without prior notice.

The client or user of lolaortegarodas.com MAY NOT modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, create derivative works or exploit in any way the content found on the Site, in whole or in part.

RIGHTS OF WORKS AND IMAGES

All the illustrations, images, texts and graphics on the website are the exclusive property of Lola Ortega Rodas. No third party may use this material without the author's written permission.

EXHIBITION RIGHTS

Lola Ortega Rodas retains ALL RIGHTS to exhibit her works until a client acquires them. Starting from the acquisition day, the client will have the right to display the works of art in their home or business. A contract signed by both parties must define any other rights.

RIGHTS OF REPRODUCTION OF WORKS AND IMAGES

Lola Ortega Rodas reserves ALL THE RIGHTS to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY ARTWORK created by Lola Ortega Rodas. A contract signed by THE COLLECTOR OR COMMISSIONER and the artist must define any other rights.

After purchasing any work by Lola Ortega Rodas, the client has the right to display the artwork in their home or business but does not retain any other rights. All other uses of the works of Lola Ortega Rodas must be agreed upon in advance in writing before going through the purchase of the work.

IMAGES OF LOLA'S WORKS MADE BY THIRD PARTIES

Any image (taken indoors or outdoors) that includes a work by Lola Ortega Rodas and appears in a third-party publication (either digitally or in print, on social networks, magazines or books, among others) must include an attribution (title of the work of art, name of the artist Lola Ortega Rodas) stating that Lola Ortega Rodas holds de rights to the work. The use of Lola Ortega Rodas’ work without her granted permission may be considered an infringement of international intellectual property law.
